1. Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting

1.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. Conditions:
  • Refund requests must be submitted through our support ticket system or by contacting customer support.
  • The request must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
  • Only first-time customers are eligible. Accounts previously created, cancelled, or reactivated are not eligible.
  • Fees for additional services, add-ons, licenses, upgrades, or setup are non-refundable.
  • Any violation of our Terms of Service voids the refund policy.

1.2 Prorated Refunds

After the first 30 days, customers cancelling Shared Hosting or Reseller Hosting plans may be eligible for a prorated refund based on unused service time.

Conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted through our support ticket system or customer support.

  • Refunds will be calculated based on the number of unused days in the billing cycle.

  • Additional services, add-ons, or software purchases are non-refundable.

  • Violations of the Terms of Service void refund eligibility.

2. Domain Name Registrations and Transfers

Domain registrations and transfers are strictly non-refundable.

Once a domain has been registered or transferred, the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify domain information before completing the purchase.

3. VPS Hosting and Dedicated Servers

All VPS Hosting and Dedicated Server plans are non-refundable.

These services involve resource allocation and provisioning that cannot be reversed once activated. Customers are advised to thoroughly evaluate their hosting requirements before purchase.

4. Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items)

The following products and services are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • SSL Certificates

  • Software Licenses

  • Administrative Fees

  • Setup/Installation Fees

  • Custom Development or Configuration Services

  • Any product or service not explicitly stated as refundable in this policy

5. Refund Processing

  • Valid refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, unless otherwise required by payment provider policies.

In certain cases, refunds may be issued as account credit instead of a monetary refund.
