Peak99 will set up your hosting account after payment has been received and after your order has passed fraud screening by us and/or our payment partners.
You must provide a valid email address that is not associated with the domain(s) you register or host with us. All important communication, including abuse reports or account notices, will be sent to this email. You are responsible for keeping this email address updated at all times.
If you register domain(s) through Peak99, you must ensure that the domain contact details are correct and up to date. Peak99 is not liable for expired domain registrations resulting from outdated contact information.
Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading contact information may lead to immediate account termination.
For dedicated servers or high-risk transactions, government-issued ID and/or a scan of the credit card used may be required. If these requirements are not met, the order may be declined as fraudulent.
Our migration team will assist you in transferring your website to Peak99 as a courtesy service, but we do not guarantee:

Free migration services are available for 30 days from the date of signup. After that period, migration will be chargeable. Contact the billing team for a quote.

Refunds for duplicate PayPal payments will be added as account credit only.

Peak99 does not support reseller clients directly.
Resellers are fully responsible for all activity within their accounts.
Shared hosting users are not permitted to resell hosting services.
To resell hosting, you must upgrade to a Reseller Hosting Plan.
Peak99 may reset your VPS password to ensure security compliance.
If a VPS is compromised or used for abuse, we may suspend or reinstall the server

Managed services do not include custom development unless specified.
